Steps

Halve the pork slices into bite sized pieces and season with the ingredients marked ◎.

Shred the cabbage with a mandolin. Shred the shiso and toss with the cabbage.

Combine the ingredients marked ●.

Coat the pork in flour.
- 5
Fry in oil in a pan. Wipe excess oil with a paper towel.

When it's browned, add the ● sauce. Don't let the juice boil down. Just mix so it coats the pork, then transfer to a serving plate on top of the cabbage.

Here it is with onion.
