  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 4large potatoes
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1+1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspcumin
  • Water as required

  1. 1

    Take bowl add gram flour,cumin,baking soda and mix well and make thin batter then add salt,red chilli powder and mix well

    Add sliced potatoes

    In wok heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown
