Scrambled eggs with tomatoes
This is something I put together quickly for my sister and I after work ☺️ #mychoice

Blend the tomato in a blender

Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk them

Add oil to the pan

Add the eggs and cook till well scrambled

Add your blended tomato

Add a pinch (or two) of salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and turmeric powder
- 7
Add ½ tbs of margarine (I used prestige)

Stir well and till it forms a thick paste

Serve with hot ugali
