Firstly in a bowl take washed mutton, in it add sliced onion, tomatoes.

Then in the same bowl add, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder and salt.

Then after that in it add curd and mix them together with hand.

Now in a pressure cooker add oil, let the oil get heated, then slowly add this mixture in cooker.

Now add 1/2 glass of water in it and cook it pressure cooker for about 10 min with 2-3 whistles. When the pressure comes out. In the high flame dry all the excess water so that oil separates from the chaap.

Mutton Chaao is ready to serve hot with paratha or rumal I roti
