Mix suji,curd and gram flour,add water to get the idli batter like consistency.

Add salt,ginger green chilli paste,turmericpowder and keep it aside for 15 mnts.

After 15mnts check the consistency,if thick add more water.Now keep a wok half filled with water with a lid.Let the water in the wok allowed to boil.

Now add eno fruit salt and sida to the batter and mix well.grease the plate and pour this mixture and keep into the wok for steaming.cover it with the lid.let this mixture steam for about 20mnts.

After 20mnts check with a knife weather the dhoklas are cooked.

Let it cool for 5mnts and cut into squares.Temper oil in a pan,add cumin,mustard and sesame seeds and let them crackle.Now add curry leaves and chopped green chillies.after done add 2cups of water and 1/2spoon salt and 2spoon full sugar.Now add 1lemon juice and once the water starts boiling add this seasoning to the dhoklas.Garnish with chopped coriander and grated fresh coconut.
