First take suji in a bowl, add curd, chopped palak/ spinach,salt. mix them. keep them for 5 min.

Take potato stuffing, make pedas like this.

Then add eno and lemon on it.(in idli batter) Mix it. take some bowl, brush them with oil.Put some batter, then put potato peda then again idli batter like this.

Steam them in idli cooker for 15-20 min. Then demould them.

Now heat a pan, add oil, mustard seeds. crackle them, add haldi, red chilli powder and sambhar masala. put idlis in it.

Turn their sides and cook for 3-4 min.

Now Idli bombs are ready to serve. Enjoy them with chutney and tea.
