Steps

Cream the margarine until softened. Add the raw cane sugar and mix until fluffy.

Add the beaten egg a little at a time to Step 1, then mix in the heavy cream.

Sift the ● dry ingredients into the dough and fold in with a rubber spatula.

Divide into two portions, wrap in plastic wrap or put into plastic bags, shape into squares (13 cm x 13 cm), and let chill in the refrigerator.

Put the finely chopped pineapple and sugar into a pot. Simmer slowly until the liquid evaporates. Let cool.

Once the jam has cooled, spread on top of one of the dough squares.

Put the other square on top of Step 6 like a sandwich. Stick together the edges.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180°F Celsius for 30 minutes. Once cooled, cut into 16 pieces.
