Great for summer barbecues. If your a fish lover then you'll love this.
Steps

To prepare the fish, wash and open in half, it'll be easier to cook. Next sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.

Heat the oil on a medium heat in a frying pan.

Add the garlic cloves and fry for about 2 minutes.

Reduce heat to low.

Add the coriander and stir.

Next add the mustard, whiskey, chilli pepper, stock cube and salt. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Remove from the heat, and reserve until the fish is done.

Cook the sea bass on the barbecue for around 15- 20 minutes, flipping the fish often.

When cooked, drizzle all the sauce over the fish and serve with some boiled potatoes.
