It's a pain in the neck to fry both sides of food, so I wanted to make it in the oven. This doesn't require neither frying oil nor eggs both are substituted with the mayonnaise. It was a very easy dish to prepare, but my family loved it!

I used this recipe for potatoes as a side dish. They aren't fried so you can bake them side by side with this recipe. Recipe by aramassan

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 slicePork loin
  2. 1Salt and pepper
  3. Coating Ingredients
  4. 3 tbsp☆Plain flour
  5. 1 tbsp☆Mayonnaise
  6. 1 tbsp☆Aonori
  7. 200 mlPanko
  8. 2 tbspOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Slice the tendons off of the pork and then cook it. However, be careful not to cook it to the point that the meat starts to curl. Dry any remaining moisture off of the meat with a paper towel and then season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

Combine the ☆ seasonings in a bowl. Add water until the mixture smoothes out into the consistency of thick and heavy sauce.

  3. 3

Put the panko on a heatproof plate and sprinkle olive oil on top. Mix well and spread it out.

  4. 4

Heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave at 600 W. Mix it again and spread it out. Repeat this until it has cooked for 2 minutes total. Once it's golden brown like the picture, it's done (don't cover it with plastic wrap).

  5. 5

Coat both sides of the pork slices with flour (not listed in ingredients) and then coat evenly with the panko mixture. Continue to coat it until both sides are crispy.

  6. 6

Line an oven tray with parchment paper and then place the meat on it. Preheat your oven to 200℃ for 5 minutes and then bake the meat for 15-20 minutes.

Just FYI for anyone with food allergies, this is technically not "egg-free" since mayonnaise contains eggs. It might be helpful to add that disclaimer somewhere. Thanks!
