I wanted to eat some good tonkatsu!
Even the cheap, tough cuts of meat, if pounded thoroughly, will transform into super soft meat. Recipe by misa
Steps

Pound the pork meat thoroughly with a rolling pin.

After thinning out the pieces of pork by pounding, use your hands to reshape them to their original size.

Season both sides with salt and pepper, and coat in the ☆ ingredients in the order listed (i.e. flour, egg, then panko).

Deep fry in oil at 170-180℃ and serve!
