  • 1/2 cupBesan
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspkhatai powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • Pinchbaking soda
  • 1bengan cut in slices
  • Oil for frying
  • Chaat masala

    Cut bengan in slices and soak in water for 10mins

    Strain and sprinkle Khatai powder and salt.

    Make besan batter,and keep for 5mins.

  4. 4

    Heat oil In a pan,dip bengan in batter and fry. Sprinkle chaat masala on top. Serve hot and crispy.
