Rinse sabudana till you get clear water. Tranfer it in a large bowl, add water to soak it for at least three hrs.Seive it and add mashed potato,both flours, green chilli, salt and spices and blend it well but not too much.

Grease your hands,make vadas,make a dent in them and on medium flame fry them till crisp.Fry these two at a time else they might get stuck to each other.

Now take curd and beat it till creamy. Add sugar and salt to it.Now take vada,dip them in curd.Garnish with mint leaves,pomegranate seeds, roasted cumin powder and vrat ki khatti meethi chutney.
