Ingredients

25 Minutes
  • 2 ClovesGarlic (Minced)
  • 1Small Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 1/2 CupFresh Parsley
  • 4 CupsChicken Broth
  • 1 1/2 CupsArborio Rice
  • 4TBSP's Butter
  • 1/2TBSP's Sea Salt
  • 1/4TBSP's Fresh-Ground Black Pepper
  • 4TBSP's Parmesian Cheese

Steps

25 Minutes
  1. 1

    Set Instant Pot on Saute. Add Butter. Melt. Add Onion, Stir, cook 4-5 Minutes. Add Garlic & Rice. Cook 1 Minute.

  2. 2

    Add 1 Cup Broth. Stir 3 minutes. Add remaining Broth, Parmesan Cheese, Salt, Black Pepper. Lock IP Lidd.

  3. 3

    Set Instant Pot High Pressure. 10 Minutes. At Alarm, president Quick Release button.

  4. 4

    Serve
