Ingredients

30 Minutes
  1. 1Med Boneless Chicken Breast (1" diced)
  2. 2 CupsFresh Baby Spinach
  3. 2TBSP's Fresh Basil (or substitute 1 tsp Dry Basil)
  4. 1/2 tspGarlic Powder
  5. 1 (8 oz)jar Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  6. 2 CupsChicken Broth
  7. 1 (8 oz)box Cavatappi Noodles (or substitute Elbow Noodles)
  8. 1/4 tspKosher Salt
  9. 1/4 tspFresh-Ground Black Pepper
  10. 2TBSP's Butter
  11. 4 OzCream Cheese
  12. 3/4 CupMilk
  13. 1 CupGrated Parmesan Cheese

Cooking Instructions

30 Minutes
  1. 1

    Place Chicken, Noodles, Broth & Butter into Instant Pot. (Cover Noodles) Put lid on securely, check pressure valve is engaged. High Pressure set for 3 minutes. At 3 minutes turn off, let sit 5 minutes. Vent pressure. Remove lid.

    Set Instant Pot to Saute. Stir in Garlic Powder, Cream Cheese & Milk. When Cream Cheese is melted, add Parmesan Cheese. Stir. Add Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Salt, Black Pepper, Basil & Spinach.

    Cook 2 minutes, Serve.
