  • 1 big sizepotato
  • 1/2 cupgram flour (besan)
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspred chili flakes
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • water to make batter

  1. 1

    Mix gram flour, salt, red chili flakes and cumin seeds and make a batter with water. Cut potatoes in shape of fries. When frying, add potatoes in gram flour mixture.

    Deep fry them.
