  1. 1/4 cupmurmura
  2. 1/4 cupfarsaan
  3. 1 pinchkanda lehsun masala
  4. 1/2onion finely chopped
  5. 1/2tomato roughly chopped
  6. 1 sliceraw mango finely chopped (optional)
  7. 2 tablespoontamarind water
  8. as requiredBarik sev for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Take murmura, farsaan, onions and tomatoes in a bowl.

    Mix well. Add kanda lehsun masala to it

  3. 3

    Add tamarind water to it. If you want to add raw mango pieces add now and, reduce the quantity of tamrind water.

    Mix well. Add half of the barik sev and mix with lighthands.

  5. 5

    Serve immediately otherwise the bhel will trun soggy.
