Vrat ki coconut burfi

Grease a thali with ghee using a brush.

Now put rest of the ghee in a pan and add grated coconut to it. Keep stirring so that it shouldn’t get burn.

Don’t roast too much as we don’t want coconut to turn brown.

Now add condensed milk and keep stirring till it reduces to a mass.

When the mixture is coming together add elaichi powder and switch off the gas.

Now put this whole mixture to the greased plate and press it with a spatula to make it even.

Sprinkle slivered pistachios and let it cool a bit.

Give impressions with a knife and let it cool down completely.

Enjoy vrat wali coconut burfi.
