Ingredients

  1. 4_5 potatoes boiled
  2. 2 cupBesan
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  5. 1 tspsoda
  6. 1/2 tspajwaen
  7. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  8. 1 tspzeera roasted crushed
  9. 1 tspchat masala
  10. 1 tbsplemon juice
  11. 1 tbspketchup
  12. 1 tspsalt
  13. Some chopped dhania
  14. Some chopped green chillies
  15. We can use left over Aloo bhurta also

  1. 1

    Make medium thick batter of besan to coat Aloo mixture.

    Boil potatoes with salt n haldi, take out and mash them and mix all spices and dhania green chillies and mix well
    Make balls and keep in fridge for half an hour
    Heat oil, coat each ball in besan well and dry them till crispy and golden
