Steps

Mix flour and butter and make crumbled dough then add 1tsp salt and 1 beaten egg and knead hard dough(add little bit water if required, but it must be hard) cover and refrigerate it for at least 1/2 hr.

Now make white sauce
Add 2tbsp butter, when it melts add 2 tbsp flour, fry them for a while then add milk gradually and mix it so that it will be smooth mixture. - 3
Now add salt, black pepper, white pepper, chicken cubes and mix very well.

Add chicken, sausages, veggies, mushrooms and cheese. Add little bit more milk if required.

Now divide dough into two
One portion should be 1/4th of dough so the other one becomes 3/4th part - 6
Roll 3/4th part of dough.
Place it on your pie dish. - 7
Fill the dish with your prepared filling.

Brush corners of your dish’s dough with egg.

Roll remaining part of dough(1/4th)
Now you have 2 choices:
1- Place directly rolled dough onto the dish and cover pie. Make slits or cuts into centre of your pie. Brush with egg and bake till colour changes to golden.
2: Or roll dough, cut thin strips and cover on your pie filling and brush with egg then bake. - 10
Put centre of your oven for approximately 30-35 minutes(depends on your oven)
