1 large Potato circle slice
2 Green chillies large (cut in half)
1Onion (circle slice)
6 Spinach piece large
For Batter:
1 1/2 cupgram flour
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspChilli flakes
1/2 tspZeera crushed & roasted
1/2 tspChicken powder/Chinese salt
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspGhee
Water as required

In a bowl add gram flour, spices & ghee, add water and make thick paste

Cut the vegetables and wash

Dip the vegetables in the batter

Heat oil and deep fry
