Steps

Take baisun in a bowl, add salt, red chilli powder and cumin seeds. Mix it well and add water to make smooth paste. Paste should be thick.

Peel off the skin of eggs and cut into slices.

Dip eggs slices into batter one by one and add into medium heat oil with spoon.

When Pakoras colour turns into golden brown from both sides, then dish out in a serving plate.

Serve it hot with chutneys or ketchup
