Spaghetti with marinara sauce

Boil 1 L water by adding olive oils and salt

Add spaghetti and cook for 8-10 mins till it become firm.

Drain it and rinse it will cold water and keep it aside.

Steps for Marinara sauce:

Add 4 tbsp olive oil in a kadai.

Grate 7-8 garlic cloves and add it to the oil. Fry until it becomes golden brown.

Blend 6-8 tomatoes in a mixer jar. Chop 2 medium sized tomatoes into fine pieces.

Add the tomato puree into the roasted garlic mixture.

Keep the kadai in a medium flame and cook for 3-4 mins.

Add 1/2 tbsp oregano, 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes and salt as per your taste.

Add chopped cherry tomatoes into it. If cherry tomatoes not available you can use normal tomatoes as a replacement.

Add 5-6 basil leaves into it.

Let it cook for 5 mins.

Finally add the drained spaghetti into the sauce and mix well.

Atlast grate Palmyra cheese into the spaghetti and mix well.

If Palmyra cheese is not available, you can use amul cheese as well as I used. It is giving the nice texture and taste.

Add it in a bowl and serve hot!!
