Ingredients

15-20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 2 tbspghee
  2. 1/4 cupmango pulp
  3. 1 cupmilk powder
  4. 3 tbspsugar
  5. 7-8 strandsSaffron soaked in warm water

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a nonstick pan take ghee and mango pulp, mix well and heat it! When the mixture becomes slightly warm add the milk powder.

  2. 2

    When the mixture mixes well add the saffron strands with water and mix well.

  3. 3

    When the mixture becomes uniform add the sugar to the pan and mix it. Continue to cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.

  4. 4

    Transfer it onto a parchment paper and roll it to desired thicknesses. Let it cool and stay as it is for an hour and then cut it into desired shape.

  5. 5

    Your yummy peda are ready to serve!
