Add everything in a bowl and mix until a dough is formed
Cover and allow to rise for an hour - 3

Add olive oil in a non stick pan
Add onions, garlic,ginger and saute - 5
Add the minced meat,seasoning and spices mixed and cook until tender

Deflate the dough
Spread in a baking pan
Add some oil and put the minced meat sauce
I added some sliced tomatoes and olives but it’s optional

Bake on a pre heated oven until done
