My Nana has made this ever since I can remember. Very dense but moist, and buttercream frosting on top. I am not a chocolate cake fan, but this is the only chocolate cake I will eat.

A version of Mashed Potato but this time we make it a cake …

I put this on a potato and it was really good.Goes great with sake! Also as a side dish!Sprinkle a little cheese on when you cook it and it's good too.Mix mayonnaise and miso reeeealy well. Well my husband made this one night. And we all loved it. Needless to say now its lunch the day after mashed potatoes! And my kids just love it!

I had 1/2 of a sweet potato leftover so I decided to make a cake with it. It weight just 250g...and I used 1 pack (200ml) of soy milk, so there are no leftovers after making this cake.If you don't have any pancake mix, you can use 2 tablespoons of cake flour and 1/3 teaspoon of baking powder sifted together iinstead. I love the soy sauce butter and baked potatoby user "nyakunchan." I figured it would be tasty on pizza so I tried making it.
