Steps

Soak chickpeas overnight.
Next day wash it nicely.
Pressure cook it with salt for 4 whistles. Keep aside and let it cool. - 2
Next take cucumber, tomato, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chillies and lemon, wash everything very nicely.
Chop the ones which requires chopping.
Keep it arranged. - 3
Next take a tawa and dry roast 1 tsp cumin seeds and 2 dry red chillies.
As it cools a bit grind into a powder. - 4
Next take a mixing bowl.Put boiled chickpeas, cucumber pieces, chopped onion, chopped tomato.

Squeeze juice of half lemon.
Add salt (add carefully as chickpeas too have salt), red chilli powder, fresh green chillies, chopped coriander leaves.
Tear the mint leaves and add. - 6
Next add powder of cumin and dry red chillies. Add chaat masala.
