Peel of the skin of coconut and cut ot into pieces. Crush it in a mixer.

Soute the crushed coconut in ghee for 5 minutes pour milk in it and mix it well until the milk burns down.

Add condensed milk and mix it well. Add cardamom powder and mix it well. Makeit a flexible mix.

Spread the mixture in a plate greased with ghee. When it cools down,cut square pieces out of it.

Garnish with pista flakes and seeve.
