Take a bowl of dry poha
(Shouldn't be soaked in water)into a blender and grind into a coarse powder.. - 2
Grate the boiled potatoes using a grater..
Add poha powder to the grated potatoes..
Add chilli powder, chat masala, turmeric powder, salt as per taste and freshly chopped coriander.. Mix all the ingredients and form a dough.. - 3
Apply little bit oil to both the palm, take small size of dough and form into a finger like shape dumplings rolling between palm.. Deep fry the dumplings in oil on a medium flame..
Hot potato fingers are ready to serve..
