Mix sugar and milk till it's well combined

Pour little water and mix till it gives a fine texture.

After that start making your balls by cutting a part from the mixture.

Roll it just like it is in the picture

Put the frying pan on fire
Pour in the oil allow it to be hot a bit - 6
Reduce the heat and fry your milk balls.

Note : Do not strat too much because it may scatter the balls.

Your milk ball is ready
