  2. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  3. pinchblack pepper
  4. Pinchnutmeg powder

    Boil milk and allow to little cool.

    It should be warm then add haldi and black pepper,nutmeg

  3. 3

    Mix it well.Garnish with kesar.
    For effective, serve warm.
