Ingredients

  • 6 tsp,Oil
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • 1Starnise-
  • 4 cardamom -
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 InchCinnamon
  • 1 tspFennel seeds
  • 4 cloves
  • 10 cashews
  • 3Onions - (medium)
  • 1Tomato - (big)
  • 2 tspGinger & garlic paste -
  • 6 Green chillies
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 500 gmsPeas, cauliflower,carrot -
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 handful Mint
  • 2 tspcoriander
  • 3 glassWater-
  • 1 1/2 glassBasmati rice

Steps

40minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan with 6 tsp oil,3 tsp ghee,then add spices stir fry then add cashews 10 no's stir fry for 2 minutes

  2. 2

    Then add onion saute well until it turn golden brown,then add salt 1 tsp,then add green chillies saute well, then add ginger and garlic paste saute well until raw smell goes,then add Tomato saute well for a minute

  3. 3

    Then add vegetables chilli powder saute well for a minute then add water level 1:1.5, at last add rice add salt as per taste, close the lid until food get cooked.
