For white sauce: In a pan take the butter and heat it. When the butter melts add the whole wheat flour and roast it till it becomes crumbly. Now add the milk slowly by mixing continuously. See to it that no crumbles are formed. Add salt and black pepper powder to it and cook for a while. Then add pieces of cheese slices. Mix well and cook till it becomes thick. Switch off the gas and keep it aside.

In a nonstick pan take the olive oil and butter heat it. Now add the bay leaf, black peppers and cinnamon sticks. After the peppers crackle add all the onions and cook them till they turn pinkish. Now add the carrots and capsicum, let them cook properly.

Once the vegetables are cooked properly add the boiled macroni, paneer cubes, pasta sauce, chilli flakes, dry mixed herbs, salt to taste, ready white sauce and little water to the adjust the consistency.

Cover the pan and let everything cook properly. Mix well while it's getting cooked. Switch off the gas and keep it aside for a while. Now serve the yummy macroni, it will be loved by all!
