  1. 200 gmhomemade chhena
  2. 150 gmmilk powder
  3. 150 gmsugar powder
  4. 2 teaspoonghee
  5. 5-6almonds

    First of all heat ghee in a pan than add chhena in it mix well

  2. 2

    Cook for one minute than add milk powder and mix well than also add sugar powder

  3. 3

    You can add more milk powder if it required and mix together

  4. 4

    Now remove it from the gas than take a plate and grease it with ghee than put mixture in it and spread all over

  5. 5

    Spread it properly than add grated almond on it all over

  6. 6

    Now cut into pieces than put kalakand in freeze for half hour

  7. 7

    After half hour take out kalakand from the freeze than serve it and garnish with almonds.Enjoy !!!
