Wash potatoes properly then cut it into Wedges shape... Then wash properly and pet dry...

Then in a bowl add flour, corn flour, salt, red chilli powder and water mix it very well until no lumps in it...

Then dip potatoes in slurry and deep fry in hot oil.. Until crispy and golden in color then sprinkle chaat masala and serve it with ketchup....
