A variety dosa with sabudana in the batter with rice and urad dal also to make crispy dosa. Lets start how to make sabudana dosa..................

Wash urad dal, rice and sabudana twice and soak for 4 hrs.

Grind rice and dal coarsely then add sabudana and make a fine paste. Once it is done.

Transfer to a bowl. Cover and keep aside whole night in a warm place. For fermentation Keep dosa batter for 12 hrs. then only you will get perfect dosa. As soon as fermentation is done add salt and keep in a fridge. The fermentation will stop and you can use dosa batter for 1 or 2 days. Don't keep in a fridege more than a week. The aroma of dosa will go down. Heat non-stick pan. Pour spoonful dosa batter and spread evenly. Cook till it become light brown in colour. Once it is done.

Transfer to a serving plate. Immediately serve hot......................dosa with spicy sambar
