1/2 kgChicken mince
1big capsicum diced
2medium onions diced
2 tbspchopped Jalapenos
1 barmozzarella cheese
To taste salt
1 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tbspbbq sauce
2-3 tbspEnchilada Sauce
SPICY ENCHILADA SAUCE 🌶😋
1 tspblack pepper
1 tbspred chilli flakes
1 tspchicken powder

Pastry strips of Samosa

Wash n boil Chicken mince with sakt n pepper.. when water dries up let it cool on room temperature then add rest of then ingredients to it n mix it well.

Now make triangular pockets from pastry strips n put a tbsp of filling in each pocket.

Bind the edges with beaten egg.. n freeze it..

Deep fry it n Enjoy when needed.
