Steps

Wash, peel and puree 2 mangoes in a blender.

Put this mango puree along with the sugar in a pan and heat it till the sugar melts completely.

Now add milk powder and mix it well. Keep on stirring and mixing. Scrap the the sides and mix. Add cardamom and mix till 5 minutes.

When the mixture starts to bind up like a dough, add ghee and mix for another 2-3 minutes. The mixture should leave the pan and will look like a dough.

Take this out in another bowl and let it cool down completely or else you you can burn yourself.

Shape the peda into desired shape and store it in an airtight container in refrigerator for 4- 5 days. Done!
