Wash water melon and place it on a tray and with a long pointed knife make zig zag deep cuts all around it, than separate it. I used one.

With a scooper take out balls of water melon

Same way cut melon in half and scoop balls

Cut other fruits in chunks and put them all in empty water melon bowl, add sugar if you want but no need of it, mix chat masala and lemon juice and chill in fridge and serve.
