In a bowl add baisan, salt, red chilli powder, baking soda and onion.mix well

In a pan add 1 tsp oil, cumin, red button chillies and garlic.fry for 1-2 minutes bas uska color na change ho.usse phele nikal lein.ye dahi ka masala ready hai

Now shallow fry phulkis.

Add them in water for 4-5 mins and take them out.

Now in a bowl add yoghurt, prepared masala and salt to taste.mix well.

Now add phulkis in yoghurt and add tarka (in 1 tbsp oil add 1/4 tsp cumin and 1 cloves garlic).
