Seafood Kimchi Rice Pizza

Adding cheese makes the kimchi milder, so children can eat this too.
Lightly warm up the rice if it's chilled.
The basic ingredients are cheese and kimchi. You can use any topping you want. It also goes well with scallops or squid.
Use as much kimchi as you want.
I also recommend adding tomato ketchup if serving to young children. Recipe by Nachikuma

Steps
- 1
Cut the crab meat into diagonal slices. Cut the octopus into easy to eat slices. If using chilled rice, microwave until slightly warmed.
- 2
Place the warmed rice on an electric griddle and mash together with a spoon dipped in sesame oil. (this helps spreading the rice).
- 3
It should look like this (I mixed brown rice with white rice).
- 4
Completely cover the rice with cheese.
- 5
Next, top with kimchi, octopus, and imitation crab meat, and any toppings you like.
- 6
Cover with a lid and cook on high heat. When it begins to sizzle, lower the heat to low (180°C) for 15 minutes.
- 7
Open the lid and top with green onion if you'd like. It's all done.
- 8
The crispy rice is crunchy, chewy, and delicious. You'll keep drinking more and more with this combination of toppings.
