Very easy,healthy and quick salad.
Steps

Firstly wash and steam broken wheat for 5 minutes.

Futher strain broken wheat and keep aside.

Now take a mixing bowl and add chopped all salad.

Now add in steamed broken wheat and add chopped coriander, fresh mint, salt, cumin powder, lime juice and olive oil also.

Futher mix it well.

Keep tabbouleh salad in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. For all flavors to incorporate

Serve chilled and enjoy healthy salads.
