Soak soya chunks for 1 hour in water, after 1 hour take the soaked soya chunks and squeeze out water that is left

Take a bowl, add soya chunks,ginger garlic paste, cardamom, cloves, green chillies, black pepper powder and grind it in mixer

Now add chopped onion, chopped coriander, chopped capsicum in soya chunks mixture then add all-purpose flour,salt and red chilli powder. Mix everything well

Now make round shape dumplings out of the mixture using your hands

Now take a fry pan, add oil, heat the oil on medium heat, when oil is hot than deep Fry all round shape dumplings, fry till then golden brown

Yummy Soya kabab is ready serve with ketchup or green chutney according to your taste
