Ingredients

half hour
3-4 servings
  1. 250 gsoya chunks
  2. as required Water for soaked soya chunks
  3. 1small bowl fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  4. 2-3medium size finely chopped onions
  5. 1medium size capsicum (finely chopped)
  6. 4green chillies finely chopped
  7. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  8. 2-3 tbspall-purpose flour for binding
  9. 2-3cloves,
  10. 3cardamom small
  11. 1/2 tbspblack pepper
  12. Salt and red chilli powder to taste
  13. Edible oil as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak soya chunks for 1 hour in water, after 1 hour take the soaked soya chunks and squeeze out water that is left

  2. 2

    Take a bowl, add soya chunks,ginger garlic paste, cardamom, cloves, green chillies, black pepper powder and grind it in mixer

  3. 3

    Now add chopped onion, chopped coriander, chopped capsicum in soya chunks mixture then add all-purpose flour,salt and red chilli powder. Mix everything well

  4. 4

    Now make round shape dumplings out of the mixture using your hands

  5. 5

    Now take a fry pan, add oil, heat the oil on medium heat, when oil is hot than deep Fry all round shape dumplings, fry till then golden brown

  6. 6

    Yummy Soya kabab is ready serve with ketchup or green chutney according to your taste
