Khichadi is a popular healthy dish in North India which is a combination of chawal and moong dal. Daal is a rich source of protein. I also add some veggies to make it more healthy.

Khichadi is a popular healthy dish in North India which is a combination of chawal and moong dal. Daal is a rich source of protein. I also add some veggies to make it more healthy.
Steps

Wash and soak daal and rice for at least 30 min in water.

On gas, in a pressure cooker, add ghee when ghee is heated add jeera when jeera crackles, add all Veggies and cook for 2 mins.

Now add rice and daal, add all spices, close the lid, and Tak's 2 to 3 whistles aur cook untill done.

Your healthy vegetable Khichadi is to eat. Enjoy with family and friends.
