Easy to Eat & Delicious Boiled Eggs

I did some research to find the perfect egg for those who like it half-cooked, but don't like it raw.
The key is timing! It's best not to take your eyes off the pot until it boils. Once boiled, it's easier to peel if you let it cool first. Recipe by Niku atsuko

Steps
- 1
Put the eggs in a pot and fill with just enough water to cover. Turn on the heat on medium.
- 2
When the water begins to boil, set a timer for 6 minutes. Adjust the heat to the lowest while maintaining a steady boil.
- 3
Turn off the heat at the end of the 6 minutes, then let rest for 2 minutes.
- 4
When the 2 minutes have passed, quickly drain under running water to cool the eggs. Once cooled, peel and enjoy.
- 5
[Note] The boiling times are for large eggs. If using a medium egg, reduce the resting time by 10 seconds.
