Steps
- 1
Pour water into a pot, and turn on the heat. When it starts to boil, add all seasonings for the soup, and turn off the heat. The taste should be a little bit strong.
- 2
Boil water to cook the noodles. You should start cooking the noodles when you start stir-frying the bean sprouts.
- 3
Diagonally slice the green onions. Add sesame oil, garlic, and green onions into a frying pan, then stir-fry. Lightly season with salt and pepper, and transfer to a plate.
- 4
Stir-fry the bean sprouts in the same frying pan, and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- 5
Pour the soup, add drained freshly cooked noodles, add green onions and bean sprouts, and ground sesame seeds into a bowl in that order, then you're done.
