put the yeast in the cup of warm water and mix together. leave for 2 mins

in a blender add the 1/4 cups of sugar, milk, and oil. blend for 30 seconds

then put the flour in a bowl and add whats in the blender to it. mix together for a while

add the mixture of yeast and water to the flour.

mix until you have a soft fine dough. (add a little bit of water or milk if it needs)

cover the dough with a plastic bag and leave it for an hour.

after 1 hour , cut the dough into 3 equal pieces.

start by using the first piece and spread it out into the biggest circle u can get

melt the butter

mix some cinnamon and sugar together

on the dough circle, spread butter on it and cover it with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.

roll it up. u will have a stick shaped figure

cut it into small pieces, about 2 inces big.(dont worry it'll become bigger in the oven)

put in a big pan and put it in the oven until the buttom turns brown

do this processes to the other dough u cut.

now in the blender add the sterilized cream and sweet and condensed milk and a pinch of cinnamon and blend

cover the cinnamon rolls with this sauce.

u can also add chocolate syrup over it. *optional*
