Ingredients

  1. 500garam raw mango
  2. 250garam Jaggery
  3. 50garam salt
  4. 1 tbspturmeric
  5. 1 tbscumin seed
  6. 1 tbspfenurick
  7. 1 tbspyellow mustard seed
  8. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tbspblack salt
  10. 1tbap vinegar
  11. 2 tbspmustard oil
  12. 2 pinchhing

Cooking Instructions

    Collect all ingredients,Clean and wash and pet dry mangoes and peel off all, cut into small pieces, keep in water

    Now, heat a pan pour oil in it, add some cumin seed, turmeric, red chilli powder, put mangoes in it, cook 3to 4 min in slow falme until became soft

    Now, heat a Pan, roast whlole spice's, and coarsaly grind, mix into, cooked mangoes add salt, keep aside

    Another pan, crumbled Jaggery add 1/4cup Water heat it, till jaggry melt, now add mangoes in it, cook till Jaggery thick, off the flame

    When it cool add vinegar in it, and keep in dry jar, it is very tasty, sefl life 1 year
