Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1Large tin of Tomatoes
  2. 600 mlTomato Juice
  3. 1Cucumber (Peeled)
  4. 1Large White Onion or 2 Red (Peeled and Roughly Chopped)
  5. 2Gloves Garlic
  6. 1 TbspWhite Wine Vinegar
  7. 2 TbspOlive Oil
  8. 1 TbspLime Juice
  9. 1 Spriga coriander
  10. Salt and ALOT of black Pepper (about 2 Tsp)
  11. 5 ShotsTabasco (Depending on Taste)

Cooking Instructions

    Put Everything into a blender or food Processor and Blitz - I like it a little bit chunky but you can blend longer if you prefer Smooth.

    Put into a container into the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight - then serve - I normally make some warm Tomato and Olive bread :P

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
