  • Filling
  • 250 gmbeef boti
  • Tikka boti masala to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 barcheddar cheese
  • Batter
  • 1 cupbesan
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 4full Size chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil beef with ingredients and shred
    Mix shredded cheese an boti well...

  2. 2

    Cut chillies for centre of one side and take out seeds and soak in vinegar water

  3. 3

    Fill beef in chillies
    Make a thick better dip it and fry.....
