250 gmbeef boti
Tikka boti masala to taste
Ginger garlic paste
1/2 barcheddar cheese
Batter
1 cupbesan
Salt to taste
1/2 tspblack pepper
4full Size chillies

Boil beef with ingredients and shred
Mix shredded cheese an boti well...

Cut chillies for centre of one side and take out seeds and soak in vinegar water

Fill beef in chillies
Make a thick better dip it and fry.....

Serve with your favourite chutney
